London, 23 August 2022 —  The Payments Innovation Forum (PIF), the not-for-profit organisation representing leading providers of innovative payment products and services, today announced the appointment of David Walsh, VP Original Content EMEA at Blackhawk Network, to the PIF Board of Directors. David replaces Sebastien Riccardelli who is stepping down from the board.

At Blackhawk Network (BHN), David is responsible for leading the strategic development of BHN Original Content products (multistore Gift Cards) as well as the development and launch of new Original Content Multistore Gift Cards across Europe.

David’s experience will help support PIF in welcoming new opportunities and tackling challenges currently faced in the industry.
