On Thursday 21 May we were delighted to welcome industry, the FCA and consumer champions together for an afternoon of insightful panels, inspiring presentations and so many important conversations about delivering good outcomes to consumers, and how the public sector can move money more effectively to the people who need it most. The event marked the start of many important conversations that will be carried forward by PIF’s Public Sector Workstream.
